Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue takes notice for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that he made representation on 09.10.2017 to the 2nd respondent for issuance of Family Member Certificate and contends that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner has to submit notarized affidavit and death certificate along with his application for issuance of Family Member Certificate, and if he furnishes the said documents, the 2nd respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to furnish copies of the documents, such as death certificate as well as notarized affidavit to the 2nd respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the 2nd respondent shall receive the same and then pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.09.10.2017 for issuance of Family Member Certificate to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of said documents. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
