Petitioner had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 21.09.2017 to the respondents for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and contends that the respondents have not taken any action thereon. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.
