Mr. Vutupalli Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition in accordance with law.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file Writ Petition afresh. There shall be no order as to costs.
