Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition stating that the petitioner has applied on 23-06-2017 to 3rd respondent for sub division and F line in respect of land claimed by her and that 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that notices for survey have already been issued by the office of 3rd respondent and that within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 3rd respondent will ensure that the survey is completed after giving notice to all effected parties. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondents to conduct survey as per the petitioner's application in respect of land claimed by her after issuing notices to all the effected parties within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
