ORDER:

This writ petition is filed alleging that no final orders are passed in 6A proceedings within days even though authorization of petitioner was suspended on 25.05.2016. Petitioner issued legal notice dated 18.07.2018 and also made a representation on 25.10.2018 alleging that no orders are passed in 6A proceedings.

2.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the order dated 27.08.2016, where under the authorization of Fair Price Shop Dealership No.4 of Daida village granted to the petitioner was cancelled and the same is acknowledged by the petitioner. In the last page of the order his signature is noted. It is thus clear that even though petitioner received the order, he is projecting as if no orders are passed and filed this writ petition alleging inaction in finalizing 6A proceedings and not responding to notice. In view of the same, writ petition deserved to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO kkm
