HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 37226 OF 2017 O R D E R :
Heard the counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5.
2. When the petitioner applied for issuance of pattedar passbook and title deeds to the fifth respondent and for sub-division online endorsements dated 09/10/2017 and 28/10/2017 were put by the fifth respondent saying that his application is rejected without assigning any reason. Then this Court asked the Government Pleader to get instructions and advise that the said endorsement be withdrawn.
3. Now Proceedings No. Rc.A/721/2016, dated 10/11/2017 of the fifth respondent have been produced which indicates that he has withdrawn the endorsements, dated 09/10/2017 and 28/10/2017.
4. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition is no longer survives for adjudication. However, this will not preclude the fifth respondent from passing a reasoned order on the petitioner's application within a period of
four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and for issuance of pattedar passbook or title deeds and for sub-division in accordance with law and to communicate his decision to the petitioner thereon.
3. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
