THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6656 of 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the endorsement dated 28.9.2018 returning the plaint in O.S. S.R. No.329 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some time may be granted to the petitioner to comply with the objection raised by the trial Court. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant time to the petitioner, up to 30.11.2018, to comply with the objection. If the petitioner complied with the objection, the trial Court is hereby directed to pass orders in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint filed along with this civil revision petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
