Heard counsel for petitioner and the Government Pleader for assignment appearing for respondents.

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that the he had filed a Revision on 23.09.2017 before the 2nd respondent challenging the order dt.18.08.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent confirming the order dt.15.05.2015 passed by the 4th respondent and order dt.18.11.2014 of the 5th respondent, that he had also filed an application therein seeking stay of the orders passed by the 5th respondent on 18.11.2014 which was confirmed by the respondents 4 and 3 in their orders dt.15.05.2015 and 18.08.2017, and that the said application was not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent. 3.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will take up the said Revision and dispose it of within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the Revision filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.18.08.2017 of the 3rd respondent within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of

a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the Revision, there shall be stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the order dt.18.11.2014 of the 5th respondent as confirmed by the orders dt.15.05.2015 and dt.18.08.2017 of the respondents 4 and 3, respectively, since otherwise the Revision preferred by the petitioner would become infructuous. No costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
