Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 4. 2.
The petitioners have approached this Court by filing this Writ Petition alleging inaction on the part of 2nd respondent in deciding Revision Petition dt.16.12.2016 filed by them against order dt.04.10.2016, passed by the 3rd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, states that the 2nd respondent will consider and dispose of the said Revision after considering the submissions of 5th respondent within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said Revision within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after considering the submissions of the 5th respondent. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
