THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.36194 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners have applied on 15.03.2017 to all the respondents including the 4th respondent for deletion of the property owned by them from the list of prohibited lands submitted to the Sub-Registrar, Macharla.

Petitioners'

grievance is that the said application has not been disposed by any of the respondents till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 2, 3 and 6 states that the 4th respondent has to consider the said representation of the petitioners. 3.

The Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for respondents 1, 4, 5 and 7 does not dispute the same. 4.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioners'

representation dt.15.03.2017, for deletion of land claimed by them from the prohibitory list, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
