Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied on 24.08.2017 to the 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of her land of an extent of Acs.4.00 cents in Sy.No.243 in Korumetta Village of Ammavaripalem Grampanchayat, Gudur Mandal, Ongole Prakasam District, by paying requisite fee, but the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will dispose of the petitioner's application within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
