Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner had filed a Revision under Section 12-A of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 before 2nd respondent assailing the order dt.24-08-2017 in A.S.No.2 of 2017 of 3rd respondent on 1610-2017 and contends that even though she has filed a stay application along with the said Revision, no action has been taken by 2nd respondent to dispose of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said Revision preferred by the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the Revision preferred by the petitioner on 16-10-2017 under Section 12-A of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 against order dt.24-08-2017 in A.S.No.2 of 2017 of 3rd respondent within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order land pending disposal of the said Revision, there shall be suspension of the operation of the proceedings dt.24-08-2017 in

MSR,J W.P.No.38818 of 2017 A.S.No.1 of 2017 since otherwise the Revision Petition becomes infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
