Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Assignment, for respondents.

Having regard to the stand taken in para no.6 of the counteraffidavit filed by 3rd respondent, the petitioners shall present the document dt.09.08.2017 before the 3rd respondent, and the 3rd respondent shall receive the same and consider the same for the purpose of registration in accordance with the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and Registration Act, 1908 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to present the document dt.09.08.2017 before the 3rd respondent, and upon receipt of the said document, the 3rd respondent shall consider the same for the purpose of registration in accordance with the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 and Registration Act, 1908 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioners. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
