Enumula Muthaiah v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITON No. 40553 of 2018 O R D E R:
The grievance of the petitioners is that though they filed counter affidavit in IA No.302 of 2016 in OS No.208 of 2016, respondent No.2 herein is not taking up for hearing and disposing of the same, and due to which, they are sustaining irreparable loss and hardship, as the injunction granted by respondent No.2 is operating against them. As IA No.302 of 2016 in OS No.208 of 2016 is pending consideration before the respondent No.2, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondent No.2 to pass final orders in the said IA, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
