The Court made the following:

JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order, dated 07.09.2018, in I.A.No.602 of 2018 in O.S.No.626 of 2016, on the file of the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Sri V.Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to his clients to avail the legal remedies in terms of G.O.Ms.No.134, Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 16.07.2018, issued by the Government of Telangana. In the light of the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, without adjudicating the same on merits, with liberty to the appellants in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the appellants for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
