Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made an application on 04.10.2017 through mee seva Citizens' Service Centre to the 2nd respondent seeking mutation of his name in the Revenue Records in respect of the subject land, and that the 2nd respondent has not taken any action in that regard.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will take action on petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to take action on petitioner's application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
