THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 40207 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) Aggrieved by an order enforcing an order of reversion passed six years ago, the petitioner filed an application before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.3992 of 2016. The Tribunal merely ordered notice in the main application, without granting an ex parte interim stay of reversion. Challenging the action of the Tribunal in not granting an ex parte interim stay, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

2.

Heard Mr. B. Chinnapa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.

Even admittedly the petitioner made a request way back in 2007, either to retain him in the same station or to revert him to a lower post for the purpose of being retained in the same station. His request was accepted way back in 2009, but he claims to have withdrawn his request in 2012. This is perhaps the reason why the Tribunal was not inclined to grant an ex parte interim stay of reversion. We find no reason to interfere with the action of the

VRS,J & GSP,J WP No. 40207 of 2016 Tribunal, in refusing to grant an ex parte interim stay in the above circumstances. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. __________________________ V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J _____________________ G.
