Heard counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that though the petitioners are owners of Ac.0.03 cts in Sy. No.986 of Tavisikonda village, Bethamcherla Mandal, Kurnool District, in the pattadar pass book and title deed issued to the petitioners, the survey number is wrongly mentioned as 926/1. Petitioners contend that the 4th respondent and the Village Revenue Officer are avoiding to rectify the survey number in the pattadar pass book and title deed and that they have given a representation to 2nd respondent also but no avail. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that if the petitioners give a representation to respondent Nos.2 and 4, appropriate action in regard to the complaint of the petitioners will be taken.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a detailed representation to respondent Nos.2 and 4 with regard to their grievance and within four weeks of receipt of petitioners' representation in that regard, respondent Nos.2 and 4 shall do the needful in the matter. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
