THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.4611 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioners/A-1 to A-4 in P.R.C.No.12 of 2015 pending on the file of XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B. Nagar at Ranga Reddy, arising out of Crime No.126 of 2013 of Ghatkesar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 448, 341 and 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners informed that the petitioners have already filed a review petition against the order passed in W.P.No.19443 of 2014. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. In any event, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specially required for the purpose of framing charges, examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the date of judgment and the petitioners shall be properly represented by their counsel.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if

any, shall stand closed.
