HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.40609 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian,J) Challenging the action of the bank in classifying them as a Non-Performing Asset, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.

2. Heard Mr. Jayanthi S.C. Sekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. Ambadipudi Satyanarayana, learned standing counsel for the bank, today produced a copy of the possession notice issued under Section 13 (4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. Therefore, the appropriate course of action open to the petitioner is only to go before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and raise all the points.

With the above liberty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
