THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 38087 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader (Revenue) for the respondents.

The petitioners applied in Form-VI (A) prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, to the 4th respondent on 30.10.2017 for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to them and they allege that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader (Revenue) appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said application within six weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioners. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application under Form-VI(A) within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
