THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.10530 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Directions, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus: a) To direct the Respondents - Organisation to incorporate the Date of Birth of the Petitioner Dated 10.09.1966 in his Service Records, as per the entries made in his School Records; b) To continue the Petitioner in the service and allow him to retire from the services on attaining the age of superannuation on 30.09.2026, with all consequential benefits and attendant benefits; c) To award costs; By declaring the action of the Respondents herein as bad, illegal, irrational, arbitrary, discriminatory, void, violative of the Rules & Guidelines issued by the Government from time to time, law laid down by the Hon'ble Courts and also violative of the Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and pass any such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper and necessary in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri A.Nagendra Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri K.Srinivasa Rao, learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned standing counsel that this Court in identical set of circumstances disposed of Writ Petition No.33343 of 2012 and batch, dated 31-03-2015 and a copy of the same has been placed on record.

4. In the circumstances, following the order dated 31-03-2015 in W.P.No.33343 of 2012 and batch and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
