Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner has assailed the order dt.24-08-2017 in A.S.No.2 of 2017 passed by 3rd respondent under the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 by way of Revision before 2nd respondent along with a stay application. Petitioner contends that 2nd respondent is not disposing of the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the Revision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the said Revision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending disposal of the said Revision, there shall be stay of all proceedings pursuant to order dt.24-08-2017 in A.S.No.2 of 2017 of 3rd respondent since otherwise the Revision will become infructuous. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
