THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37391 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.4 to register a case basing on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26-04-2016 and 24-10-2016. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, Saidabad Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, is not registering a case against the 5th respondent basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26-04-2016 and 24-10-2016. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to register a case against the 5th respondent if the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 26-04-2016 and 24-10-2016 discloses any cognizable offence and investigate into the same and file a final report if any. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of 4th respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO, J.
