THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No. 38693 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering with his possession and enjoyment of his private land admeasuring Ac.3.78 cents in survey No.416/1 of Peddapavani Revenue Village, Lingasamudram Mandal of Prakasam District.

The Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that the respondents are not interfering with the land claimed by the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property, without following due process of law. No costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
