The instant writ petition is filed complaining inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in undertaking enquiry in spite of direction of 2nd respondent through Memo No.G4/ 5146/ 2017 dated 06.06.2017. Letter dated 18.01.2018 along with enquiry report is placed on record.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent would communicate a copy of the report dated 18.01.2018 to petitioner as well within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner, if so advised, is given liberty to challenge the report in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
