HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40599 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents, more particularly, the 2nd respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.11.2018, about the illegal construction and encroachment of the 3rd respondent on Plot No. 98 in Survey No. 65, 66, 67/ 1, admeasuring 200 sq.yards situated at Tattiannaram Village and Gram Panchayat, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, as illegal, arbitrary and improper.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 05.11.2018 made by the petitioner, to the extent of the unauthorized construction alleged to have been made by the 3rd respondent in the subject premises.

The learned Standing Counsel, Sri N.Praveen Kumar would submit that if the representation made by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the authorities shall deal with the same in accordance with law.

Recording the same, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.11.2018, regarding the illegal

construction made by the 3rd respondent in the subject premises, in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, and pass orders as early as possible, preferably, within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
