When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner is the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tandoor, but not the 2nd respondent.

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tandoor, for redressal of his grievance. In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit an appropriate representation before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tandoor, for consideration of the same, in accordance with law, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
