Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for 1st respondent and Smt.Sundari Pisapati, learned Standing counsel appearing for 2nd respondent. 2.

An order was passed by 2nd respondent on 10-11-2016 removing the petitioner from service. Petitioner had filed an appeal against the said order on 30-12-2016 before the 1st respondent. Petitioner seeks a direction to 1st respondent to dispose of the said appeal.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal dt.30-12-2016 filed by petitioner against the order dt.10-11-2016 of the 2nd respondent within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

The Writ Petition is dispose of with the above directions. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
