Petitioner alleges that he has purchased Acs.9.00 of land in Survey No.493 E of Hebbatam Village of SRD Adoni, Kurnool District, by way of an unregistered agreement of sale dated 28.04.2010. Seeking enforcement of the unregistered agreement of sale, petitioner filed O.S.No.194 of 2010 and the said suit was decreed on 19.08.2010. Failing to comply with the decree, petitioner filed E.P.No.51 of 2011 and the Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, executed the sale deed on 15.06.2012 in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for mutation of his name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Petitioner enclosed a copy of Form VI-A and receipt issued by A.P. Online to the material papers at page Nos.44 and 45. If what is contended by the petitioner is true and no decision is made on the mutation application filed by the petitioner on 31.12.2012, the Tahsildar, Holagunda Mandal, Kurnool District, is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders by following due process as required in law and by assigning due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
