Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's application dt.24.07.2017, made to the 2nd respondent to delete his land from prohibitory list maintained by respondent nos.5 and 6, is not disposed of by the 2nd respondent till date.

The learned Government Pleader for Assignment, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said representation within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
