Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to him, that enquiry also commenced in that regard but respondent No.4 is not taking any action in the matter in spite of a specific direction by respondent No.2 on 04.04.2013 to decide the said application.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.4 will take appropriate action on the petitioner's application within a period four weeks.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed with costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to be paid by respondent No.4 to petitioner; and respondent No.4 is directed to complete enquiry into issuance of pass book to the petitioner in respect of the subject land within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
