THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7993 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.1 seeking bail in crime No.59 of 2016 on the file of the II Town Police Station, Tenali, Guntur District, registered for the offence under Section 304-B IPC read with Section 34 IPC.

Heard and perused.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A.1 and other accused harassed the deceased demanding additional dowry and later, the deceased found dead under suspicious circumstances in her house. Hence, the complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in the case. He prays this Court to grant bail to the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.
