Petitioner's grievance is that it had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 20.06.2017 to 4th respondent for mutation as well as issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.20.06.2017 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and take appropriate action in that regard, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
