THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37993 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that he had submitted an application on line on 3.8.2016 in Form-6(A) prescribed under Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for grant of E-Pattadar Pass Bookcum-title deed and also for mutation of his name in on-line land revenue records being maintained by the 4th respondent in respect of his land, and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action there on. Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said application within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and will take appropriate action in that regard.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dated 3.8.2016 for issuance of E-Pattadar Pass Book-cum-Title deed and for mutation of his name and take appropriate action in that regard within six weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner.

No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
