THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No. 677 OF 2018 O R D E R:

This Application was filed on 09.11.2018 seeking extension of six months'

time from 08.11.2018 for completion of disbursement of dividend to the workmen / employees of Indian Bank.

The Application could not be taken up earlier on account of non-posting of the company matters. In the circumstances, the Company Application is allowed extending time to the Official Liquidator for completion of disbursement of dividend to the workmen / employees of Indian Bank, as directed by this Court in Company Application No. 44 of 2018 in R.C.C.No. 5 of 1996 on 09.02.2018, up to 05.08.2019. The Official Liquidator shall complete all formalities and file an Application for liquidation of the company on or before 19.08.2019.
