Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner in this Writ Petition is that petitioner had given a representation dt.22.02.2016 in Meekosam to the 4th respondent for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed, and complains that 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will consider the said application of petitioner and take appropriate action thereon within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.22.02.2016 and take appropriate action thereon within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
