This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.), is filed by the Petitioner/Third Party/Owner of the vehicle (Togota Fortuner Car, bearing No.PYOl-BZ-11221 to quash the dismissal order in Crl.M.P.No.2O26 of 2016 dated 16.09.2016 in Crime No.667 of 2016 of Rajendranagar police station on the frle of learned VIII Metropolital Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar for the offence under Section 409 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC").

There is no representation.

No interim orders were passed when the case was filed in the year 2016. The stage in the trial Court is not known.

4. I do not find any reason to keep this criminal petition pending.
