CVNR, J & KVL, J WA.No.1563 of 2017 Dt: 25.10.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against ad interim order, dated 05.07.2017, in WPMP.No.26906 of 2017 in WP.No.21864 of 2017.

From a perusal of the order assailed in this Writ Appeal, it is evident that the same was passed pending further orders. Therefore, the appellant is entitled to avail the remedy of filing an application seeking vacation of the said order. In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Appeal for adjudication on merits at this stage.

The Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and with liberty to the appellant to move an application seeking vacation of the order under Appeal.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.2904 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
