Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 21.09.2015 for purpose of Survey / F-Line to the 4th respondent, and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon even though the requisite fee has been paid.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.21.09.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and take appropriate action in that regard.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.21.09.2015 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate the action which he proposes to make to petitioner. No order as to costs 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
