SEETHARAMA MURTI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON Nos.4 3 2 9 & 4 3 9 4 of 2 0 1 6 COMMON ORDER:- Today when these two matters are taken up, Sri M.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, sought permission of this Court to withdraw these two Revisions and further requested to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit, which is of the year 2014, as expeditiously as possible. 2 .

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, these two Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2014, the Court below is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six

(06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these two Civil Revision Petitions, shall stand dismissed.
