KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37042 OF 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice SURESH KUMAR KAIT) Pursuant to order, dated 07.11.2017, learned Government Pleader for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has informed this Court that the alleged detenu has been arrested in Crime No.2 of 2017 under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act and in Crime No.5 of 2016 under Section 4 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908 of Police Station, Maraiguda, District Sukma, Chhattisgarh on 03.11.2017 and was produced before the Court of CJM, Sukma on 04.11.2017. In view of the above, there is no need to pass further direction in the present petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
