CVNR, J & TA, J WP.No.40651 of 2018 Dated:15.11.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "... to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce the detenu person by name Nagunuri Raju @ Tapetla Gopi, aged about 18 years, Occ: Cleaner of vehicle bearing No.AP 522439, R/o E ed/2, Vijayapuri South, Guntur District, before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith."

At the hearing, Mr. V.Nitesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 10.11.2018, who remanded him to judicial custody.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of infructuous.
