The petitioner was appointed as a Technical Assistant on 22.05.2012. While conducting social audit in respect of Alur Mandal certain irregularities were noticed. The petitioner along with others was kept under suspension. They submitted their explanation. But, without considering the explanation properly, the services of the petitioner were terminated by proceedings dated 23.08.2017. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 09.09.2017 and also submitted a representation on 11.10.2017 to consider the appeal. The appeal has not yet been considered and in those circumstances, the present Writ Petition is filed.

Since a regular appeal is pending before the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but directs the second respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 09.09.2017 and dispose of the same after giving due opportunity to the petitioner to submit his case, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
