Petitioner challenges the order of the Project Director District Water Management Agency dated 24.04.2017 terminating his services (in other words suspension).

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing counsel produced proceedings of the Project Director, dated 05.08.2017, whereunder the contractual appointment was not renewed after 30.06.2017 and a copy of the same was received by the petitioner on 09.08.2017. Since the relationship has come to an end on 30.06.2017, no direction as sought for, by the petitioner in the writ petition can be granted. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies as available in law, if so advised, aggrieved by the order dated 05.08.2017, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
