CVNR, J & TA, J WP.No.40608 of 2018 Dated:15.11.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "... to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce Mohammad Ajmal Hussain, S/o Md Nazir Ahmad, aged about 33 years, R/o Nathuni Ke Bagh, Dumraon, Buxar, Bhiar State before this Honourable Court and set him at liberty forthwith."

At the hearing, Mr. M.Chalapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the alleged detenu was formally arrested and produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 08.11.2018, who remanded him to judicial custody.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of infructuous.
