Tattaramudi Vajra Kumari, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh , Rep. By Principal Secretary,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.38440 OF 2017 ORDER:
Admittedly, the petitioner has an alternative remedy against the impugned order dated 24-10-2017 as pointed out by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner and he tried to argue the merits of the case.
Normally this Court will not interfere unless the impugned order is without jurisdiction or in violation of principles of natural justice. Admittedly, the impugned order is passed in pursuance to the directions issued in earlier WP.No.17868 of 2017.
In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to raise all his objections by availing alternative remedy and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 15-11-2017 Nvl
