In this writ petition petitioner challenges the order of termination from service as Senior Accountant in the National Academy of Construction (2nd respondent) with effect from 23.07.2015 by giving one month notice.

When the matter is taken up for consideration learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has submitted detailed representation on 23.11.2015 praying to consider to continue her service in the Organization and since the said representation is pending, if a direction is issued for consideration of the said representation and passing of orders would suffice the interest of the petitioner for the present.

Learned Standing counsel has not opposed the course suggested by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.

Having regard to the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2015, take a decision on the claim made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, by assigning due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
