Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to him under law against the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
