HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.40875 OF 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not regularizing the plot No.409-B, situated in Sy.Nos.74 and 77 of Raghavendra Nagar, Kondapur Village by considering the application No.3000077323 dated 23.12.2016 and thereby insisting the petitioner for production of non existing documents, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Though various grounds are urged, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to dispose of the representation dated 06.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking regulation of his plot, in accordance with the G.O.Ms.Nos.902 MA dated 31.12.2017 and 113 MA dated 13.1.2008.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, would submit that if the application of the petitioner is pending consideration, the respondent-authorities, may be directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 4.
Though learned counsel for the petitioner opposed granting of such a long time for disposal of the representation of the petitioner, but in view of the ensuing Assembly Elections in the State of Telangana, the request of the learned Standing Counsel can be considered.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to deal with the representation dated 06.10.2018, made by the petitioner seeking regularization of his plot in view of the above said G.Os and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
